Prospects for the Development of Social Management Mechanisms in Chinese Enterprises in the Era of Digitalization

Abstract: 
The article examines the prospects for the introduction of digital innovative technologies and their impact on the further development of social management mechanisms using the example of Chinese enterprises. Among the most important areas of development are the participation of employees in the decision-making process, the creation of a favorable working environment and the development of corporate culture.
