The Lifeworld Concept in Husserl’s Transcendental Phenomenology: Perspective of Sociological Inquiry

lntersubjectivity and theory of lifeworld arouse the greatest interest in transcendental phenomenology for sociology. This article considers basic ideas of Edmund Husserl’s later works devoted to research the lifeworld as a universe of what is self-evident; and it also outlines the basic positions for the sociological study of lifeworld.
